Unfortunately this post has everything to do with you, nothing to with the book review because it’s a pertinent reminder in such times we find ourselves in right now.
Dearest Gentle Reader,
I am compelled to share a profound reflection that resonated with me from my devotional which I read earlier this morning.
Before the dawn of time, God made a deliberate choice about you and me a decision that surpasses all understanding.
Despite knowing every aspect of our lives, the good, the bad, and the ugly, God desired for us to be a part of His family.
This divine love topped off in the sacrificial act of sending His Son, Jesus, to endure the agony of the cross to secure our place in His embrace.
No earthly rejection can compare to the boundless love God demonstrated in choosing us.
Now say this affirmation in faith, from the depth of your heath;
God chose me!
I am not an accident!
I am not a mistake!
Even before the foundation of the world, God’s heart longed for us to be His own.
Through the redemptive work of Jesus, we are welcomed into the family of God, irrespective of our past or origin.
We stand as beloved children of the Most High, embraced by His grace and unfailing love.
In times of uncertainty and uproar, as we witness the turmoil unfolding in our world, let us hold fast to the assurance that God remains our ever-present help and source of strength.
Despite the challenges and crises surrounding us, His faithfulness endures, guiding us through the storms and uncertainties of life.
May we find solace in His promises and take refuge in His unchanging love.
In the midst of chaos and turmoil, remember that God’s love for you is unwavering, His choice of you irrevocable.
Dearly beloved, please stay safe, vigilant, and anchored in the hope that God’s hand is upon us, guiding us through every trial and tribulation.
