A Strong Woman

Describe a family member.

The one person I thought to describe was my mother. But if I had to choose a single word to describe my mother, it would be unyielding.

Like the coconut, her outer shell is tough, but within lies a depth of strength and sweetness that few are privileged to know.

She’s a woman who has overcome, who wakes each day not only with purpose but with the drive to instill that purpose in others, particularly those who feel lost or defeated.

Her life is a testament to transformation, rooted deeply in her faith and her unwavering dedication to sharing the Gospel of Christ and the message of salvation.

Growing up, our kitchen was a haven of health and vitality, thanks to her love for nutritious living. She would whip up fresh juices with a passion, filling our home with the scent of fruits and vegetables, her commitment to healthy choices quietly laying the foundation for my own well-being.

I rarely see a doctor, and I know that’s largely thanks to her teachings. She is more than just my mother she’s a nutritionist with a gift, one so profound that it’s soon to reach even more lives through her bestselling books, soon to be on Amazon.

But her talents don’t stop there. She is both a mother and a leader, two roles that could easily clash, yet she somehow balances them with unmatched grace and care.

I admire her ability to nurture and guide, even while building a legacy that inspires countless others.

Her journey has not been easy; her past is a testament to resilience and determination, yet she fights every day to uphold the values and impact she has built.

And in all her struggles, she has taught me to keep pushing forward, to live with purpose, and to cherish the strength and love that she has shown me.

There’s so much to say but I’ll end here for now.

However, all this is to say I am grateful would be an understatement my mother’s unwavering dedication has not only shaped me but has left an indelible mark on everyone she encounters.
