Describe a man who has positively impacted your life.
Honestly, I find this question quite tricky. I mean, I know plenty of men who have positively impacted my life in one way or another.
But if I had to single out a few, let me tell you about two exceptional individuals who have left an indelible mark on my journey.
First, there’s Joel Osteen…yes, that Joel Osteen.
Earlier this year, during one of my lowest moments, his words of encouragement brought me so much comfort and peace.
There’s something magical about how he speaks: his podcasts are a lifeline, offering clarity and reassurance.
His famous quote, “Let go of yesterday. Let today be a new beginning and be the best that you can, and you’ll get to where God wants you to be,” became my mantra.
Honestly, his humor was an unexpected bonus making me laugh when I didn’t even feel like smiling.
Then there’s someone closer to home, an incredible man who might not even realize the depth of his impact.
I’ve told him how much I appreciate him before, but he probably thought I was just joking.
The truth is, his unwavering encouragement and belief in my abilities pushed me to face my fears and keep going through tough times.
His genuine desire for my success and growth inspires me more than words can express.
These two men, in very different ways, have helped me become stronger, more focused, and more grateful for the little things in life.
But amongst these two, the greatest of all time for me from whom I’ve had my upmost inspiration since I was born remains JESUS…my first love 🥰
I mean, to say the least, but have you read the bible? If it doesn’t inspire you, then I don’t know what will… that’s why it is called the inspired written word of God…
That said, I urge you to truly cherish the people who inspire you, even if they don’t realize it. Let their words and actions motivate you to keep pushing forward.
Once again, remember that every new day is a gift, so embrace it, fight your fears, and strive to be the best version of yourself.
