I’ve been away for a while and I’ve been utterly busy and just not in the right frame of mind to write, but as therapy for me, I’ve taking time out to make hearty healthy meals to keep me going.
And few days ago, I made this really delicious healthy meal I’m about to share with you its recipe.
Sautéed Shrimp, Broccoli and Carrots…

So here’s how I made it (because I know you came for the details):
Ingredients used…
King Prawns,
Fresh Broccoli and Carrots (not frozen)
Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Salt, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder and flakes, Paprika, Seasoning Cubes, Veg. Oil.
Simple Method:
First wash, devein the king prawns, then season with salt, seasoning cubes, black pepper, chili powder and flakes. Allow to marinade in the fridge for 10-15 mins.
In a non-stick pan, add lard or vegetable oil, then add the marinated prawns, stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until slightly golden brown, then add chopped onions, carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers in that order and stir fry till everything is well incorporated. Taste for seasoning adjustments, add a little bit of water, cover to steam for about 4 mins.
Serve hot with white rice and Enjoy!
