Leadership Series, TGC- Monthly Newsletter

🌸 September Newsletter – Perseverance Gets Results 🌸

This month’s word is perseverance, a reminder that staying consistent in prayer, faith and work brings results. Beloved, God’s will is already for our good; perseverance isn’t about changing His mind but about pressing through resistance until His promises manifest. As we begin September, let’s not give up too soon, but keep believing, praying, and trusting. May this month bring renewed strength, answered prayers, and fresh testimonies. Happy New Month Fam❤️ I’ve dropped another post on my blog, see link in comments to read it to edify your mind. Cheers🥰

Compliment People in Front of Others

There’s something powerful about private encouragement but there’s something delightful about public praise. I’ll never forget the first time a leader publicly complimented my work in front of the entire team. It was just a few words, but it made me stand a little taller, smile a little wider, and work a whole lot harder… Continue reading Compliment People in Front of Others

The Power of Recognition

There was a time I gave everything I had to a project late nights, extra effort, all in. When it wrapped up, I was proud… but not one person said, “Thank you.” No acknowledgment, no feedback just silence. I didn’t need a parade, but that moment stuck with me. Then I promised myself that no… Continue reading The Power of Recognition

Instill Motivation

I’ll never forget the leader who saw something in me before I ever saw it in myself. She didn’t just give me tasks she gave me confidence. She didn’t just tell me I was doing well she reminded me I had what it takes. That experience taught me that, True leadership isn’t about pushing people.… Continue reading Instill Motivation

Keep going you’re making an impact.” At the time, I was exhausted, questioning myself, wondering if what I was doing even mattered. That small note? Changed everything.… Continue reading Writing Notes of Encouragement

Spreading Hope: Love…❤️😮‍💨

If you had a freeway billboard, what would it say? “A freeway billboard? Really? Do you know how much I have to say? How would it all even fit?” Honestly, the thought of trying to condense my endless emotions and ideas into a few words for the world to see feels like an impossible task.… Continue reading Spreading Hope: Love…❤️😮‍💨

Men Who Inspire…

Describe a man who has positively impacted your life. Honestly, I find this question quite tricky. I mean, I know plenty of men who have positively impacted my life in one way or another. Five Things I’m Surprisingly Good At…

Share five things you're good at. Oh, where do I even begin? Listing five things I’m good at feels like bragging, but hey, you asked, so here goes. First, I believe I’m exceptionally good at listening with compassion way better than talking. I’m that friend who nods and listens to your long stories, even when… Continue reading Five Things I’m Surprisingly Good At…

A Struggle Within: Finding Strength

Some days, life feels like a battle a fight that you can’t quite understand. “Your hardest times often lead to the greatest moments of your life. Keep the faith, it won’t be easy, but the struggle is part of your story.” I recently found myself in one of those moments. I wasn’t sure what I… Continue reading A Struggle Within: Finding Strength
