Even I Can’t Do It Alone…

I know it’s been a hot minute since my last post two days off and suddenly it feels like two weeks.

I’ve been knee-deep in cooking (and not just any cooking, but literal, heart-and-soul, food-for-my-customers cooking) and living out my culinary business dreams.💃💃💃

Amid all this culinary chaos, I managed to squeeze in some reading from Maxwell Daily 365 and boy, did it hit me hard.

When your vision grows bigger than you, you’ve got two options: give up or get help.

Well this is an eye-opener, realising that true leadership isn’t all about doing it solo.

It’s also about letting others in, sharing the load, and building something grand together.

I’ve always been bursting with ideas and energy, but trying to do everything by myself?

That’s a recipe for burnout and burnt banana bread, which, by the way, I almost made last week.😂😂

So here I am, embracing the truth that no matter how successful or busy I am, I need a team, a tribe, a crew of awesome people by my side.

And while my vision is still unfolding (with a dash of stubbornness and a lot of heart), I’m learning that asking for help isn’t necessarily a sign of weakness it’s apparently a step closer toward achieving greatness.

Now, allow me to ask you: When was the last time you admitted that you couldn’t do it all alone?
